All children and young persons aged 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The charge of £5 per car to use the campsite car park is to cover the costs of stewards, ground care, and assistance if required.
Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable.

By Train:
High Brooms and Royal Tunbridge Wells are the two closest stations, 40 minutes from Central London.
High Brooms: 40 minutes from London Charing Cross on the Hastings line (Southeastern).
Royal Tunbridge Wells: 40 minutes from London Bridge on the Hastings line (Southeastern).

Taxis are available from High Brooms station (approx. £6 to the site), contact Walkers Cars on 01892 522 522 to book.

Friday 7th July: The festival and live music opens at 5pm, you may arrive at the campsite from midday.
Monday 10th July: All campsites must be vacated by Monday midday.

You may arrive at any time after midday on Friday 7th July, the campground opens at midday, the festival itself at 5pm, with live music also from 5pm. Please bring your ticket and ID with you, our team will be checking these at the gate. The following forms of ID can be used as proof of age for entering the site:

  • Current Passport
  • Current UK Driver’s Licence or Provisional Licence
  • Oyster Photo Card
  • NUS Card

We recognise that people have differing accommodation and comfort needs so will be providing an array of accommodation options for this year’s festival.

Camping is free of charge for the entire weekend and is included in your festival ticket. The campground will be open from midday Friday 7th July to midday Monday 10th July. Remember to clear up after you and leave no trace!

Our luxury 4-meter bell tents can accommodate up to four people on two deluxe double airbeds and are furnished with rugs, bedside tables, a lamp, fairy lights, outdoor oil lamp and bunting, nameplates and doormats. All glamping options are now SOLD OUT.

Our daily workshops will be held in Once in a Blue Moon cafe and include Yoga, Drumming, Natural Movement, Beatboxing, and Circus Skills.


​Our theme for the festival is - COLOUR! Come dressed in the most outrageous colours you can find. Rainbows, pastels, fluros, let your imagination run wild! Gather at the main stage 4pm Sunday for the costume contest where our judges will be giving prizes for the best dressed.

Live Expressions is a family friendly festival. The daytime programming is suitable for children and adults alike. We will have a dedicated children’s area with minders full of games and activities for your little ones to enjoy. Family fun includes face painting and hair braiding, a mini-petting zoo, and sports days.

Live Expressions Festival is a green festival. We will use biodegradable cutlery and plates and recyclable plastic cups. Recycling points can be found in the campground and by the main stage.

Applications are now closed to trade at this years festival.

Our lovely qualified medical people will be on site for the duration of the festival to deal with any accident. The Welfare Tent is situated next to the main gate. Stewards will help you find them on their radio if you need medical assistance.

There is a water point in the area for general use. There are no tipping points for Live-In Vehicle chemical toilets. There are no electricity hook-ups available for individual live-in vehicles.

Live Expressions Festival welcomes deaf and disabled guests; we’re working hard to ensure the festival as accessible as possible for everyone.

Including, but not limited to:

  • Glass – absolutely no glass is allowed on the festival site for safety reasons.
  • Large stereo systems.
  • Illegal substances.
  • Portable laser equipment and pens.
  • Unauthorised professional film or video equipment.
  • Audio recorders.
  • Air Horns.
  • Drones
  • Fireworks, flares or Chinese Lanterns.
  • Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.
  • Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
  • Gas Canisters
  • Campsites: gas canisters under 450g or rechargeable canisters over 2.75kg. No more than 2 disposables or 1 rechargeable canister.
  • Live-in Vehicle Campsite: Propane or Butane cylinders over 7kg. No more than 1 cylinder per vehicle.
  • Nitros Oxide
  • Petrol Burner
  • Any form of aerosol over 250ml

You may bring in alcohol for personal consumption into the camping ground, however alcohol is not allowed into the festival itself. Security will be checking for alcohol on the gate and any alcohol found will be confiscated.

There is a zero tolerance to drugs on the whole festival site and any drugs found through searches from security will be handed into the police. There will be amnesty bins before you enter the site
